Είναι Αντιπρόεδρος της Affidea Ελλάδος, Επιστημονικός Διευθυντής του Affidea Central και Subspecialty Leader της Affidea σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο.
Κάτοχος διδακτορικού με έργο στην απεικόνιση της καρωτιδικής αθηρωματικής πλάκας, έχει δημοσιεύσει εκτενώς σε διεθνή περιοδικά και διδάσκει σε ελληνικά και διεθνή προγράμματα υπερηχογραφίας.
